Each player may hold only one 747-9 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any balance and bonuses.
All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals at 747-9 are denominated and settled in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion is not offered.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 747-9 ("747-9," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 747-9 website located at 747-9.co and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using any part of the 747-9 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 747-9 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.
2.1 Age Requirement. The 747-9 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, consistent with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. 747-9 is strictly prohibited from knowingly providing services to anyone under the age of 21. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The 747-9 Platform is operated and licensed under the authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Access to and use of the Platform is intended for eligible players within the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. 747-9 does not knowingly accept registrations from players in prohibited jurisdictions.
2.3 One Account per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 747-9 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different payment methods, email addresses, or personal details are used.
2.4 Account Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. 747-9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used.
2.5 Exclusions. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on 747-9: (a) employees of 747-9 and its affiliates; (b) immediate family members of such employees; (c) individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from 747-9 or any other PAGCOR-licensed gaming platform; and (d) individuals who have been identified as problem gamblers by any competent authority or regulatory body.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 747-9 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify 747-9 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 747-9 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access that results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials or failure to promptly report a suspected breach.
3.3 Device Security. You are responsible for the security of the devices from which you access the 747-9 Platform. 747-9 recommends that players use private, secured networks and devices, and that they log out of their accounts when using shared or public devices.
4.1 Accepted Methods. 747-9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and approved over-the-counter payment partners. 747-9 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the 747-9 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 747-9 does not offer or accept foreign currency transactions. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page and are subject to change.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the 747-9 payment documentation. 747-9 may request identity verification documents before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or transactions above specified thresholds. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended if a player's account is under review.
4.4 Source of Funds. Players warrant that all funds deposited to 747-9 are from legitimate sources and that they are the legal owner of the payment methods used. 747-9 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
4.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have not recorded any login or transaction activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 747-9 may apply an inactivity fee to such accounts as specified in the current fee schedule, with advance notice provided to the registered email address.
5.1 General. 747-9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms before accepting any bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount and are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
5.3 Abuse. 747-9 reserves the right to void bonus awards and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where it reasonably determines that bonuses are being exploited or abused. This includes, without limitation, bonus stacking, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and exploitation of identified errors in bonus calculations.
5.4 Modification. 747-9 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time, subject to applicable regulations. Players who have already accepted a bonus at the time of modification retain the rights conferred by the original offer terms.
6.1 Rules. Each game offered on the 747-9 Platform operates according to its specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before participating. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, 747-9 will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of the game from server logs. If a game cannot be reconstructed, affected bets will be refunded to the player's account balance. 747-9's determination regarding game malfunctions is final.
6.3 Erroneous Odds or Payouts. Where games or odds are offered at clearly erroneous prices or as a result of a software error, 747-9 reserves the right to void the affected transactions. Players will be notified and affected amounts refunded.
6.4 Responsible Betting. Players are encouraged to use the deposit, loss, and session time limits available in their 747-9 account settings. 747-9 supports responsible gaming and will cooperate with PAGCOR in enforcing responsible gaming obligations.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 747-9 Platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
8.1 Ownership. All content on the 747-9 Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the proprietary property of 747-9 or its licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law.
8.2 Licence to Use. 747-9 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
8.3 Restrictions. You must not scrape, crawl, frame, mirror, or systematically extract data from the 747-9 Platform. Unauthorized use of 747-9 intellectual property may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
9.1 No Warranty. The 747-9 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 747-9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
9.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 747-9's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Exclusions. 747-9 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits or business opportunities; (c) losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms; or (d) interruptions caused by circumstances beyond 747-9's reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or actions of government authorities.
747-9's collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 747-9 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
11.1 Commitment. 747-9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as part of its obligations under PAGCOR regulations. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their access to the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion via their account settings or by contacting 747-9 customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period selected by the player.
11.3 Age Verification. 747-9 employs age verification measures consistent with PAGCOR requirements. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Players found to be under the minimum age will have their accounts terminated and all associated funds handled in accordance with applicable regulations. 12.1 By 747-9. 747-9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) a player has breached these Terms; (b) 747-9 is required to do so by law, regulatory order, or PAGCOR direction; (c) 747-9 suspects fraudulent or abusive activity; or (d) a player's account has been inactive for an extended period.
12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination for cause, 747-9 may forfeit any bonus balances and associated pending winnings. Real money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, net of any amounts properly owed to 747-9, unless prohibited by law or regulatory requirement.
12.3 By the Player. Players may request closure of their 747-9 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Outstanding real money balances will be disbursed to the player's registered payment method following completion of any required verification.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13.2 Regulatory Oversight. The 747-9 Platform operates under the regulatory jurisdiction of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have a dispute that cannot be resolved directly with 747-9 may file a complaint with PAGCOR through its established complaints process.
13.3 Jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through internal dispute resolution or PAGCOR mediation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
747-9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email at the address on record and/or via a notice prominently displayed on the 747-9 Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms may close their accounts as provided in Section 12.3 above. The current version of these Terms is always available at 747-9.co/terms-conditions.
