13 Cross-Border Data Transfers

747-9 primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. In limited circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or certain technology vendors. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
